7 Questions with Coach Debbie What’s your favorite fast meal? I keep fresh veggies in my fridge at all times (think bagged broccoli florets, pre-sliced onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, etc) so I dump them all in a baking dish and drizzle grapeseed oil over the buffet of vegetable options. In the second baking dish, I pull out frozen salmon (it defrosts quickly) and drown the filets with lemon juice.
