I put a scoop of this BCAA powder in my 40oz water bottle every morning, and then repeat two more times throughout the day. This allows me to get in 120 oz of water daily along with 3 scoops of BCAA's... Adding them to that much water dilutes the flavor to my liking and flavors my water so that I want to drink it! I love all the BCAA flavors from this brand. I switch it up depending on my mood that day. I love the benefits of BCAAs and have made them part of my daily life.
